Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By signing up for services with Menifee Pet Waste Removal, you agree to the terms outlined below. This agreement is non-binding and can be cancelled at any time with 24 hours' notice. We are a subscription-based service that operates continuously until you ask us to stop.

2. Access & Locked Gates

We must have access to your yard on your scheduled service day. If we arrive and cannot access the yard due to a locked gate, blocked entry, or aggressive dog, we will attempt to contact you.

If we cannot gain entry, the visit will be charged as normal to cover our time and fuel expenses. We will return on your next scheduled service day.

3. Waste Condition & Visibility

  • Solid Waste Only: We will remove all scoopable waste. We cannot completely remove liquid stool, diarrhea, or waste that has been trampled into the ground.
  • Tall Grass & Leaves: If grass is overgrown (over 6 inches) or covered in heavy leaves, we cannot guarantee all waste will be found.
  • Lighting & Visibility: For services scheduled during early morning or late evening hours, adequate lighting is recommended. We are not responsible for waste missed due to poor visibility or darkness.
  • Trash Bin: We place double-bagged waste in your outdoor trash bin. We do not haul waste off-site unless specifically arranged for commercial properties.

4. Aggressive Dogs

We love dogs, but the safety of our technicians is our priority. If your dog shows signs of aggression, they must be kept inside during our visit. If we enter a yard and feel unsafe, we will leave immediately, and you will be notified. Persistent safety issues may result in termination of service.

5. Billing & Payments

  • Billing Cycle: Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month for that month's service (pre-pay), OR charged per visit depending on your plan.
  • Auto-Pay: We highly recommend keeping a card on file for seamless service.
  • Late Fees: Payments not received by the 15th of the month may result in a pause of service until the balance is paid.

6. Rain & Weather Policy

We scoop in light rain. However, during heavy storms, lightning, or extreme heat/winds, we may postpone service to the following day or your next scheduled visit. If we skip a week due to weather, you will not be charged for that visit (or your account will be credited).

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not happy with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost. We take pride in our work and want you to be satisfied.
