Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling service with Menifee Pet Waste Removal, you agree to the following terms. We are a subscription-based or pay-per-visit service provider.

2. Access & Locked Gates

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the yard is accessible on the scheduled service day.

• If we cannot access your yard due to a locked gate, aggressive pet, or obstruction, the service will be skipped, and you will be charged the full rate.
• This fee covers our time and fuel to travel to your location.

3. Waste Condition

• Solid Waste Only: We will remove all scoopable waste. We cannot completely remove liquid stool, diarrhea, or waste that has been trampled into the ground.
• Tall Grass: If grass is overgrown (over 6 inches), we cannot guarantee all waste will be found. We are not responsible for waste missed due to poor yard visibility/maintenance.
• Trash Bin: We place double-bagged waste in your outdoor trash bin. We do not haul waste away from the premises unless explicitly agreed upon in a commercial contract.

4. Aggressive Animals

Your dog's safety and our technician's safety are paramount.

• If your dog shows aggression, we will attempt to contact you to bring them inside.
• If we cannot safely enter, we will skip the service, and the full fee will apply.
• We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for households with unsafe pets.

5. Weather & Holidays

We work in light rain. In the event of severe weather (lightning, flooding, or extreme heat over 105°F), service may be postponed to the next day or your next scheduled visit. If service is pushed to the next scheduled visit, you will be credited for the missed week.

6. Payments & Cancellation

• Monthly Subscriptions: Payment is auto-drafted on the 1st day of each month for that month's service (pre-payment). If you start service mid-month, your first invoice will be prorated.
• Pay-Per-Visit: Payments are due upon receipt of invoice (sent weekly or after service completion).
• Cancellation: You may cancel service at any time with 24 hours notice. There are no long-term contracts. Prepaid months will be refunded on a prorated basis for unused visits.

7. Liability

Menifee Pet Waste Removal is an insured entity. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to landscaping, loose pavers, or wear and tear on gate latches. Clients indemnify us against claims resulting from their failure to secure aggressive animals.
