Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be home?

Not at all! As long as we have access to the yard (unlocked gate or lockbox code), we can clean while you are at work. We will text you when we are done.

What do you do with the poop?

We double-bag the waste and place it in your trash bin. This keeps costs low and ensures compliance with local hauling regulations.

What if my dog has an upset stomach?

We will scoop all solid waste. If there is loose stool or diarrhea, we will remove what we can, but we cannot completely remove liquid from grass. On artificial turf, we highly recommend adding our "Turf Flush" service to wash and sanitize the area.

Is my aggressive dog okay?

We love dogs, but for safety, we cannot enter yards with aggressive animals. If your dog is friendly, they can stay out! If they are unsure of strangers, please keep them inside.

Does scooping include cleaning residue from turf?

Standard scooping covers solid waste removal only. Removing residue, stains, or liquid from artificial turf requires extra time and enzyme cleaners. Please add our "Spot Extraction" or "Turf Flush" service if you need this deep cleaning!
